Starting pay will be "$10.00 per HOUR" with an estimated 10 hours per week. Estimating $100 per week. This is an ongoing, regular position. You will also be paid weekly.

Company Overview: We are an American Heart Association training site with 9 LLC companies and an S-Corp management company.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QuickBooks Online, a keen eye for detail, excellent English skills (both verbal and written), and strong Excel skills. If you are a certified accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing financial data accurately, we want to hear from you!

You would become part of a company which currently includes 9 full-time Filipino teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. Many have been with us for years and have grown into management positions with great success.

You will be a part of a small family-type business that has been in operation since 2011, and who values their employees very dearly. We also highly value our customers, so we need to hire someone who will make that a priority.
We truly are looking for an individual who wants a stable, long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online for the day-to-day transactions of 10 different QuickBooks online accounts. This will include accessing many other websites and journals to gather information to record the transactions correctly.
• Reconcile bank statements, merchant statements, and credit card transactions.
• Generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents as needed. This will include data entry for Profit and loss statements to an excel budget spreadsheet each month which will need to be modified and adjusted for accuracy. *Expert Excel Skills Required
• Work closely with management to develop and track budgets using Excel, including setting up and maintaining budget spreadsheets.
• Assist with year-end financial reporting and prepare for tax filings.
• Handle other bookkeeping tasks as needed to support the company’s operations.

Requirements:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent accounting certification required.
• Proven experience using QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping tasks.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to set up and manage budget spreadsheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
• Previous bookkeeping experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to both speak and write fluently in English.

Schedule:
This is a part-time position but regular, ongoing employment. We anticipate an average of 10 hours per week (10 hours x $10 = $100 per week), but the schedule can be adjusted based on workload and availability.
