JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce startup seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable virtual assistant based in the Philippines to assist with various financial and administrative tasks. This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO), strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in English.

This part-time opportunity has the potential to grow into a full-time role within a few months as our company continues to expand rapidly. The ideal candidate should be organized, able to work independently, and capable of handling sensitive financial data with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily data entry and recording in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Generating financial reports for clients and internal management
• Assisting management in crafting tailored financial reports for clients
• Handling monthly payroll processing (potentially)
• Collaborating with management on financial data analysis and reporting
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements:

• Expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a must
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to speak, write, and understand English fluently
• Prior experience in payroll processing is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in a virtual assistant role is preferred
• Working hours must be between 1-5 PM PST
