Part-Time Automation Expert (Pabbly + WordPress + CRM + Xero + WhatsApp)

/We are looking for a highly experienced automation expert to help us build and maintain systems using Pabbly as the core platform. You’ll be working on automation flows that connect tools such as:

WordPress & LearnDash (course access, user onboarding, etc.)
CRM (client tagging, follow-up sequences)

Email platforms
Xero (finance automation)
WhatsApp (message flows, templates)
...and other tools we use.

What You'll Do:

Build and test automation workflows using Pabbly
Connect apps through webhooks, APIs, and third-party tools
Create and manage template messages, email flows, and CRM actions
Periodically review and improve existing automations
Follow delegation briefs and communicate clearly about progress
Suggest smarter ways to optimise our operations

Who You Are:

Proven experience with Pabbly Connect and workflow automation
Familiar with WordPress, LearnDash, and CRMs
Understanding of Xero automations and data syncing
Experienced with WhatsApp API
Strong troubleshooting and testing mindset
Reliable, responsive, and self-managed
Able to follow instructions but also bring ideas

Experience with Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, or Google Apps Script
Fluent written English
Experience in the financial services or advisory sector
