JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a highly skilled, self-directed Amazon Store Manager to oversee account operations, inventory, and listing performance for our growing Private Label brands. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Amazon FBA account management, understands inventory forecasting, product positioning, and profitability strategies, and has a proven track record of scaling brands on Amazon.

Requirements:
-4+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA Private Label brands
-Proven success in optimizing listings for higher organic ranking and conversions
-Strong analytical skills to track and improve key performance metrics (ranking, conversion rate, buy box ownership, etc.)
-Deep experience in inventory forecasting, FBA restocking, and reducing stockouts or overstock risks
-Proactive approach to maintaining Amazon account health, including addressing Voice of the Customer concerns and compliance issues
-Proven ability to manage and execute promotional strategies, including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Price Testing
-Expert-level knowledge of Seller Central, Brand Analytics, and Amazon category trends
-Strong data-driven mindset, capable of tracking competitor movements and market opportunities
-Experience managing VA teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, delegating tasks, and optimizing workflows
-Highly skilled in using Amazon tools such as SellerBoard, Jungle Scout, Helium 10, and Flat File Uploads
-Ability to coordinate with social media and YouTube efforts to drive external traffic to Amazon listings

Key Responsibilities:
-Optimize and manage Amazon listings to improve organic rankings, CTR, and conversions
-Analyze product performance and execute strategies to increase profitability
-Monitor and maintain account health, resolving any listing suppressions, alerts, or compliance issues
-Forecast and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize FBA fees
-Oversee promotions and pricing strategies, leveraging deals, coupons, and limited-time offers
-Track keyword performance and adjust listing copy, backend search terms, and content strategy accordingly
-Identify new growth opportunities, including potential product variations, bundling strategies, and competitive positioning
-Streamline operational processes, ensuring tasks are effectively delegated to virtual assistants
-Collaborate with the social media and YouTube team to align content with Amazon sales objectives
