About Me:
I own five different companies: DoshayogaCommunity, Anathafest, Extreme Self-love, SEEKERS, and Yoniva. After working with accountants locally, I am now seeking a skilled Part-Time Accountant from the Philippines with at least 2 years of experience to join my team.
About the Role:
As a Part-Time Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the financial health of my companies. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with all applicable financial regulations. Your role will involve working independently to meet deadlines while providing valuable insights to support business growth.
This position offers flexibility and opportunities for advancement, with the potential for additional hours as our business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping across all companies.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial records.
Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and provide actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with at least 2 years of professional experience.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
