We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal / Administrative Assistant with experience in California probate law to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with probate cases, including preparing and filing legal documents.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, pleadings, and other legal paperwork.
- Manage client communications, scheduling, and case follow-ups.
- Conduct legal research related to probate matters.
- Maintain case files and ensure compliance with California probate procedures.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document organization.
Qualifications:
- Required: Experience in California probate law and familiarity with probate court procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
