Overview: We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team. This role requires a strong background in personal injury law, with expertise in discovery, drafting demand letters, and assisting with legal motions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in legal administrative tasks. Minimal phone communication may be needed but not required, as this is not an intake role.

Key Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare discovery responses and demand letters
Compose letters of representation
Assist in legal administrative tasks, including motions to compel and other filings
Obtain and organize medical records related to personal injury claims
Support attorneys in case preparation and document management
Maintain and update case files using Smoke Ball
Communicate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties
Ensure all deadlines and compliance requirements are met

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal
Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures
Proficiency in legal research, drafting motions, and case management
Experience using Smoke Ball or similar case management software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a California-based personal injury law firm but not required
Familiarity with medical terminology and records handling
Experience with drafting motions to compel and other legal pleadings
