We're seeking a Paralegal; Case Coordinator who wants to grow to their full potential with our team and Company for years to come. In this position, you will provide professional assistance on US legal matters, as well as manage and oversee TCPA cases from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate will be proficient in court filings and drafting legal documents to respond effectively to legal challenges.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Case Management: Oversee and coordinate cases from start to finish (From Investigation to pre-litigation to settlement). This involves preparation, creation, and sending of demand packets for each case and settlement discussions.
* Demand Packets: Prepare, create, and send demand packets for each case, both digitally and physically, tracking and logging process service.
* Document Management: Organize and maintain case files, ensuring that all documents are properly labeled, indexed, and stored in accordance with established protocols.
* Deadline Management: Monitor case deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents to courts.

* Coordination: Work with our internal teams and court officials as necessary.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be amenable to work 34 hrs per week, during U.S. business hours.
* Shifts are 6 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours on Saturday (PST/PDT) or 6 hours
* Tuesday to Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday (PHT).
PST/PDT
Shift 2: M-F 1 pm - 7 pm & Sat 1 pm - 5 pm = 34 hours
PHT/Philippines Time
Shift 2: T-Sat 4 am - 10 am & Sun 4 am - 8 am = 34 hours
Please Note: Daylight Savings will affect these hours biannually.
* Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field.
* Excellent oral and written English.
* Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
* Strong report writing and internet searching skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* Personal drive, initiative, and resourcefulness with strong organizational skills within a highly dynamic changing environment.
* Quality noise-canceling USB headset and personal computer to be used for work, with a reliable internet connection and in case of loss of power or internet, a backup plan or location that provides power and internet connection within 60 minutes of an outage.
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* 2+ years of experience as a paralegal.
* Strong understanding of legal terminology, principles, and procedures.
* Familiarity with US law.
* Experience using Rapid Legal, LetterStream and other relevant software (a plus).
* Familiarity with up-to-date remote work software (Zoho suits, desktop sharing, cloud
services, etc).
