Paralegal / Attorney - Mortgage Loans

We are a US lending company that makes short-term business purpose loans to real estate investors.

Requirements:
- Real estate contract experience
- Loan documentation prep
- Understanding of contract law and some real estate
- Attention to detail
- Trustworthy and integrity

* Can work remotely
* Seeking someone motivated and looking for a long-term career with our company, although this is a part-time job right now we are growing exponentially and this will most likely lead to full-time work.

Duties:
- Review all business operating agreements and make sure the business documents give the authority to the managers to sign loan documents.
- Interact with team members and title companies
- Making loan documents

You'll review all of our loan documents and make sure they're ready for closings.
