Paralegal Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly voice to join us as a Paralegal Assistant at a California
Personal Injury Law Firm. As part of our paralegal team, your primary responsibility will
be to screen and perform intake on after-hour phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and screen after-hour phone calls
Perform Intake on viable potential new clients that call after hours
Set up new files with detailed client information
Maintain accurate records of interactions in company’s internal systems

Qualifications:
Previous experience in high volume call-focused business
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

Hour Requirements:
PartUpgrade to see actual info Time 16-40 hrs/week
Available Shifts (US Pacific Time):
? 4:30pm to 12:30am Tue-Fri
? 4:30pm to 12:30am Sat-Mon
? 12:30am to 8:30am Wed-Sat
? 12:30am to 8:30am Sun-Tue
? 8:30am to 5pm Sat-Sun
