JOB OVERVIEW

Paid Social Ad Buyer
As a Paid Social Ad Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and executing paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn for our clients. This role focuses on campaign strategy, audience targeting, bid optimization, and performance analysis to maximize ROI and drive business growth. You will work closely with creative, analytics, and client teams to ensure all campaigns align with brand objectives and performance goals.

Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring optimal performance.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns through bid strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates to make data-driven decisions.

Audience Targeting & Strategy:
- Develop and refine audience targeting strategies, leveraging first-party data, lookalike audiences, and interest-based segmentation.
- Stay up-to-date on platform algorithm changes and new audience targeting capabilities to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Implement A/B testing to assess the impact of different targeting strategies and optimize accordingly.

Reporting & Insights:
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement in paid media strategy.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve efficiency and scale successful campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learnings from paid social into broader marketing strategies.
- May require additional administrative tasks as needed to support the team and ensure seamless operations.

Additional Requirements:
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills are essential for this role to ensure clear and effective collaboration with the team and clients.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and automation to enhance workflows.
- Proficiency in navigating ad buying platforms and Ads Manager interfaces for campaign management and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform campaign decisions.

Working Hours:
This role requires availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Please note that these hours are not flexible.
