JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Paid Media Specialist (PPC, Ad Management, SEO, Google My Business)

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST (New York time zone), Monday - Friday

We’re a Digital Marketing Agency looking to hire a remote Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize our clients' paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, SEO strategies, and Google My Business listings. Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (PPC, display, social ads) to achieve client goals (e.g., lead generation, eCommerce sales, brand awareness)
Develop and implement PPC strategies to maximize ROI across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ad platforms
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to refine campaign strategies
Set up and monitor ad campaigns, including A/B testing and daily optimization of budgets, bids, and creatives
Generate regular performance reports, analyze campaign results, and provide actionable insights for improvement
Execute and monitor SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization to improve organic search rankings
Manage Google My Business listings, including optimizing profiles, ensuring accurate information, and increasing visibility in local search results
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
Stay updated on the latest paid media, SEO, and Google My Business trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and insights into their ad, SEO, and Google My Business performance
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

Experience Requirements:
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (PPC, social media, display ads), SEO, and Google My Business listings with measurable success, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other PPC platforms
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz)
Experience optimizing Google My Business profiles for local search visibility
Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools
Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting strategies
Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, and branding campaigns
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented

Technical Requirements:
A primary computer with sufficient RAM and processing power to handle multiple ad management platforms, SEO tools, and reporting systems simultaneously
Primary and backup internet service with speeds of at least 50 Mbps
Backup power supply (reimbursement available if you need to purchase)
