About Us:

We are an ambitious eCommerce company aiming to scale our monthly ad spend from AU$25k to AU$150k. Our focus is on leveraging paid search channels to drive exponential growth while maintaining a minimum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 3.

Role Overview:

We seek an EXPERT-LEVEL Paid Media Specialist with a proven track record in rapidly scaling eCommerce businesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing and optimising Google and Bing Ads campaigns, including Performance Max, Search, and Demand Generation. This role involves direct collaboration with the founder and requires a hands-on approach to campaign management, creative development, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across Google and Bing platforms.
- Scaling Ad Spend: Strategically increase daily ad spend while ensuring profitability and achieving a minimum ROAS of 3.
- Creative Development: Craft compelling ad copy, design effective landing pages, and continuously test and optimise headlines and creatives to improve conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to inform campaign strategies.
- Reporting: Provide detailed weekly performance reports and insights directly to the founder.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the founder, who will also be actively involved in account management and strategy development.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing high-budget paid search campaigns for fast-growing eCommerce brands.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Google Ads (including Performance Max), Bing Ads, and associated analytics tools.
- Creative Skills: Proven ability to write persuasive ad copy and develop high-converting landing pages.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights to drive campaign performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present data and strategies clearly.
- Location: Based in the Philippines; familiarity with the Australian market is a plus.
