JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
The Paid Media (PPC) Analyst is a critical member of our Paid Media team, responsible for the execution, optimization, and performance analysis of multi-platform paid media campaigns. This role plays a key part in ensuring campaign success, delivering data-driven insights, and working closely with the Account Managers and Senior Strategists to achieve client goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, experience in managing paid media accounts across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, and a passion for optimizing campaigns to drive measurable results.

Success in This Role:
Achieve consistent performance improvements across campaigns through data-driven optimizations.

Ensure budget pacing and campaign delivery remain on track.
Provide accurate, actionable insights that contribute to client success and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management & Optimization
a.) Build, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
a.) Ensure campaigns align with client goals, applying proactive optimizations and data-driven strategies.
b.) Monitor campaign performance and pacing, ensuring budgets are fully utilized and meet client expectations.
c.) Conduct regular audits, keyword reviews, audience analysis, and A/B testing to improve performance.

2. Collaboration & Communication
a.) Work closely with Account Managers to prioritize optimizations, provide performance updates, and address account needs.
b.) Share insights and proactive recommendations with the internal team to improve campaign outcomes.
c.) Occasionally join client calls to present campaign insights and collaborate on strategic initiatives.

3. Reporting & Analysis
a.) Prepare and deliver performance reports with actionable insights and data storytelling.
b.) Ensure reporting accuracy and tracking integrity across all campaigns.
c.) Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and TapClicks to analyze and report on campaign performance.

4. Strategic Support & Innovation
a.) Stay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, and new tools to improve performance.
b.) Identify new growth opportunities for clients, recommending innovative strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Asana.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in programmatic advertising, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of full-funnel marketing strategies and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with TapClicks or other reporting dashboards.
