Position Overview
The Paid Media Account Manager is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, communicating performance insights, and identifying opportunities for growth and account expansion. The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring performance goals are met.

Success in this role will be measured by client retention rates, campaign performance, and contribution to account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management
a.) Retention & Growth: Proactively manage client relationships to prevent churn and identify growth opportunities.
b.) Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and expand connections across different teams.
c.) Account Health Monitoring: Monitor and communicate the health status of accounts (green, yellow, red) to internal teams.
2. Project Coordination & Execution
a.) Task Management: Create and manage client requests in project management tools (Asana), ensuring analysts have clear direction.
3. Status Updates: Provide clients with regular project updates and progress reports.
a.) Quality Assurance: Review tasks completed by analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
4. Reporting & Insights
a.) TapClicks Dashboard Management: Ensure clients have updated dashboards with performance insights.
b.) Monthly & Weekly Reports: Prepare performance reports and present them during client meetings.
5. Client Onboarding & Integration
a.) Lead Client Onboarding: Set up new client projects in Asana, schedule kickoff calls, and oversee the onboarding process.
b.) Weekly Client Calls: Conduct weekly calls during onboarding and transition to biweekly or monthly check-ins based on the client’s needs.
6. Collaboration with Analyst Team
a.) Client-Facing Role: Act as the primary client contact while allowing analysts to focus on execution and performance optimization.
b.) Internal Communication: Coordinate with analysts to ensure campaign objectives are clear and performance updates are shared.
7. Task & Workflow Management
a.) Slack & Asana Coordination: Communicate client updates via Slack and manage project tasks in Asana.
b.) Health Checks & Pacing: Collaborate with analysts to ensure budgets are tracked, pacing is optimized, and account performance is maintained.
8. Meeting Preparation & Follow-Up
a.) Pre-Call Preparation: Collaborate with analysts to prepare agendas and performance updates for client meetings.
b.) Post-Call Follow-Up: Summarize key takeaways from client calls and set up follow-up tasks in Asana.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and paid media strategy with experience explaining high-level strategies to clients.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving client growth through digital advertising.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical data into client-friendly insights.
- Experience with Asana, Slack, and reporting tools (TapClicks preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs and performance-driven outcomes.
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and Google Analytics.
- Experience working with international teams and managing remote workflows.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and multi-touch attribution.
