Join our team as a Paid Media Manager and lead paid advertising campaigns across platforms like
What You’ll Do:
•Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and others! You'll set budgets, and target audiences, and adjust ads to drive engagement and revenue.
•Analyze performance data across channels, turning insights into action and strategy! Utilize multi-touch attribution to understand what drives success and refine our approach.
•Spot emerging trends, submit creative requests, and collaborate with the team to deliver fresh, on-brand ad content.
•Oversee tracking setup, catalog feeds, and pixel implementations to ensure smooth campaign performance and accurate data.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
•At least 5 Years of Hands-On Experience: Proven expertise in digital ads and e-commerce campaigns across multiple platforms, with experience working with US-based brands.
•Analytical Skills & Tool Mastery: Expertise in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel—transforming data into actionable insights to optimize performance.
•Digital Marketing Savvy: Solid knowledge of DTC (direct-to-consumer) strategies and platforms like Shopify+, and a strong grasp of e-commerce best practices.
•Go-Getter Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate with ease, and handle multiple projects independently.
•Strong Communication Skills: Ability to create clear documentation, present findings to senior management, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
•Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term growth strategies for paid media across various platforms.
•Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong troubleshooting skills—whether it's campaign performance or technical implementation, you can adapt strategies to improve results.
•Excellent Time Management: You can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines, particularly in a remote working environment, while maintaining high standards of work.

•Comfortable with Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) platforms? We love candidates who can confidently track and analyze performance across all channels.
•Data-driven decision-maker? If you're experienced with incrementality testing and MMM modeling at scale, we’re excited to hear how you apply it!
•If you’ve managed a budget over PHP 25 million, you're the perfect fit!
•Familiarity with the fashion industry or DTC marketing is a big plus!
•Able to write captivating ad copy tailored to each platform.
•Open to working key campaigns beyond standard hours, including weekends, as needed.
