About Us:
We are a rapidly growing e-commerce company specializing in apparel. With a small but dedicated team, we produce 4-6 new ad creatives daily and run campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok. We're looking for a talented Paid Media Director to join our team and help take our advertising efforts to the next level.

Role Overview
As our Paid Media Director, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and efficient implementation of new ad creatives across all advertising platforms. You'll play a key role in maintaining our ad operations, ensuring the right messaging reaches the right audience, and driving measurable results. This position combines creative and strategic skills, requiring a strong understanding of advertising KPIs and effective copywriting.

Key Responsibilities
Ad Creative Implementation:
Upload 4-6 new ad creatives daily across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Pinterest, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager. Training will be provided for platform-specific processes.

Copywriting:
Craft compelling, on-brand ad copy to accompany creatives, optimized for platform guidelines and audience preferences.

Campaign Optimization:
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to monitor ad performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPM) and suggest improvements for ad creatives and messaging.

Data-Driven Decision Making:
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to guide future creative development and campaign strategies.

Coordination:

Work closely with our creative team to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals and are delivered on schedule.

Platform Management:

Stay up-to-date with platform best practices, trends, and updates to ensure our campaigns leverage the latest tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing.

Strong understanding of key advertising KPIs and how to optimize for performance.

Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different platforms and audiences.

Basic knowledge of ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok). Familiarity with advanced features is a plus, but not required.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.

Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new platforms and strategies.
