As we continue to expand our efforts in Paid Advertising, we are seeking a talented Filipino Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical proficiency to contribute to a dynamic and growing marketing department.

Job Summary:
The Virtual Assistant will play a key role in supporting our paid media channels, managing various administrative tasks, and ensuring effective communication with partners. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and spoken English skills, a high level of technical competency, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and execution of Paid Media agencies/third parties.
Maintain timely and professional communication with agencies/third parties.
Organize and update marketing materials and maintain documentation.
Manage spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets to track media spend and campaign performance.
Conduct research and assist in partner outreach initiatives.
Monitor competitor auction insights and creative assets in market.
Support communication with freelance designers and creative rotation.
Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the marketing team.
Utilize digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Assist in onboarding new partners and launching new campaigns.

Requirements:

Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken). This is possibly the most important qualification.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace tools.
General knowledge in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Display, Video and other top of funnel platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in Paid Marketing strategy and execution
Familiarity with project management platforms (Jira, Asana etc.)
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
