WHAT WE NEED IN A NEW PAID ADS SPECIALIST
We seek a talented and experienced Paid Ads Manager to join our small but mighty Team. Unleash your inner analytical and strategic mind in a role that requires following efficient processes and paying close attention to detail.
During your time in this position, your duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY
*Campaign Management:
> Develop, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads,
> Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis for effective targeting.
> Create highly engaging ad copies.
> Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, etc.) and adjust strategies to meet campaign goals.
> Perform regular A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
> Collaborate with content and creative teams to produce high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
> Manage and allocate budgets across platforms, ensuring efficient spend and maximised ROI.
> Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
> Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and new ad formats or tools.
> Troubleshoot and resolve ad performance, tracking, and analytics issues.
> Notification to accounts team in any client requirements to maintain strong performing ads
****Requirements****
- 3+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads,
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong project management and organisational abilities.
- Creative mindset with great attention to detail.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimisation techniques.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
