Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (formerly
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising strategies for Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the most relevant demographics.
- Create campaign budgets and allocate resources to maximize performance.
Campaign Execution:
- Set up and manage campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, Video Ads (Google Ads), and
- Write compelling ad copy, select impactful visuals, and ensure consistent branding across all campaigns.
- Test and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and placements to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite to monitor campaign performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaign performance.
Audience Targeting & Retargeting:
- Implement advanced targeting strategies, including lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and dynamic retargeting.
- Leverage remarketing techniques to re-engage and convert potential customers.
Budget Management:
- Monitor and manage daily ad spend to ensure campaigns stay within budget.
- Maximize the value of each campaign while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to align ad campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Provide input on landing page design and conversion optimization to enhance campaign performance.
Staying Updated:
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes for Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Test and adopt new ad formats and features to stay competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and related analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
- Experience with A/B testing, bid management, and audience segmentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications.
- Experience with other ad platforms such as LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO and its synergy with paid advertising campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and website analytics.
