JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a part-time (20 hours per week) freelance contractor to work with one of our clients. As a Paid Ads Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads, while leveraging platforms like WeChat, Reddit, and Meta where needed. This role involves performance reporting using Adobe Analytics and Looker, campaign setup and troubleshooting via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, and implementing SEO strategies such as keyword research. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Ads Goals/Events, Microsoft Ads, and tools like SEMRush and Google Search Console to enhance campaign performance. Flexibility to work on platforms like Baidu with a search focus is also valuable.

About the work:

- Manage and optimize LinkedIn Ad campaigns, with potential support for WeChat, Reddit, and Meta Ads.
- Use Adobe Analytics and Looker to create performance dashboards and maintain reporting systems.
- Set up and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on search-based campaigns.
- Troubleshoot advertising tracking and implementation via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Conduct SEO keyword research and provide insights to support campaigns.
- Work with tools like SEMRush and Google Search Console to enhance SEO strategies and performance.
- Learn and implement advertising strategies on Baidu, focusing on search campaigns.


Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in paid social media and search advertising, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Looker for performance reporting and dashboard creation.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including search-focused campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and setting up Goals/Events for tracking.
- Experience in SEO, including keyword research and tools like SEMRush and Google Search Console.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and execute strategies on platforms like Baidu.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize tracking and advertising implementations.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work 20 hours per week in a part-time capacity, ensuring collaboration and timely execution.

About the role
