JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are NOT looking for someone who just edits videos.
We need a performance-driven, ROAS-obsessed, DTC-experienced strategist who can create, iterate, and scale winning Meta ads.

You must:
- Have proven experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer brands, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads
- Know how to study, analyze, read data off the Facebook Ads Manager to iterate on the data gathered from testing.
- Understand ad performance metrics (not just “make content” but actually analyze ad data & iterate based on results)
- Think in hooks, angles, problem/solution narratives and know what makes an ad scale
- Be able to create UGC-style video ads and scroll-stopping static creatives
- Move fast, pivot immediately, and never wait for instructions

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 2–3 fully edited ad concepts per day (each = 1 finished video or graphic + 2-3 minor variations hook/headline)
- Analyze ad performance daily and make iterative improvements based on data
- Your sole mission: push creatives past 2.0+ ROAS
- Tuesday & Friday Test Launches ? You must have 8-9 fresh concepts ready for each test minimum
- Communicate daily on Slack with deliverables, findings, and next steps

WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Deep knowledge of DTC e-commerce, Meta ad structures, and creative iteration
- Ability to spot patterns, pivot fast, and deliver without needing direction
- No polished, over-produced agency-style ads—raw, relatable, high-impact content only
- Extreme accountability—if ads aren’t working, you find a solution fast
WHAT YOU’LL GET:

- You MUST have e-commerce experience & past results (proof required in portfolio)
- You MUST understand Meta ads & data analysis (you will be tested)
- You MUST be able to read the ad dashboard & adjust creative strategy accordingly
- You MUST deliver rapidly (2-3 full ad concepts per day)
