In addition we also have WELCOME2CREATION ™. This houses multiple e-commerce stores across different spaces in different niches, each one of these e-commerce stores needs a team to spend a certain amount of hours on per day to be promoted across the entire digital landscape . We need Project Managers too lead these teams .

The Role:

We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager who’s not just skilled but also passionate about bringing creative visions to life. This role is pivotal to ensuring that our projects are not only delivered on time and on budget but exceed expectations. You’ll be the glue that holds teams together, the communicator who builds trust with clients/CEO, and the strategist who keeps the big picture in focus while sweating the details.

What You’ll Do:

Own the Project Lifecycle: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects like website launches, branding campaigns, social media strategies, and marketing initiatives.

Be the Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for clients/CEO and internal teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed every step of the way.

Develop Roadmaps: Create detailed project timelines, define milestones, and allocate resources to ensure every aspect of a project is managed with precision.

Motivate the Team: Inspire and guide cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and marketers to deliver exceptional work while fostering a collaborative environment.

Problem-Solve Like a Pro: Anticipate risks and roadblocks, troubleshoot issues, and adjust plans as needed to keep projects moving forward seamlessly.

Monitor Quality: Ensure deliverables align with client expectations and our agency’s high standards.

Analyse and Optimise: Conduct post-project evaluations, document learnings, and improve processes for future success.

Who You Are:

An Experienced Leader: You’ve managed digital projects (3+ years experience preferred) and understand the complexities of creative workflows, from concept to completion.

A Digital Native: You’re familiar with the nuances of web development, social media campaigns, branding, and marketing initiatives.

Organised and Strategic: You can juggle multiple projects, keep deadlines in check, and think ahead to avoid surprises.

A People Person: Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills make you a natural at building relationships with clients and keeping teams motivated.

Tech-Savvy: You know your way around project management tools, CRM's & Workflows like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com, and are comfortable adapting to new technologies, and setting up CRM/Workflow from scratch for new and ongoing projects .

Calm Under Pressure: You thrive in fast-paced environments and remain focused and composed even when challenges arise.
Growth-Oriented: You’re always looking to learn, improve processes, and contribute ideas to make the team stronger.
