JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Back Office Agent to support our sales representatives by managing all behind-the-scenes tasks related to incoming leads. This role is critical in ensuring that all paperwork is accurate, customer communication is handled professionally, and operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have experience with Saber and Amadeus systems and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Paperwork Management: Handle all necessary paperwork for leads brought in by the sales team, ensuring that all documents are accurate and properly completed.
-Customer Communication: Engage with customers to clarify any information, answer questions, and provide updates on the status of their documents.
-System Expertise: Utilize Saber and Amadeus systems effectively to manage booking, reservations, and other related tasks.
Coordinate with Sales Representatives: Work closely with sales reps to ensure that all required documentation is in order and that the sales process is seamless.
-Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, documents processed, and transactions made.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the documentation process, working proactively to prevent delays.
-Confidentiality: Ensure that all customer information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:
-Experience: Proven experience in a back-office role, preferably in the travel industry, with specific experience using Saber and Amadeus systems.
-Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all paperwork and communication.
-Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
-Organizational Skills: Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
-Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using office software and booking systems, particularly Saber and Amadeus.
-Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
