This is a high-level PR outreach role, where timing, personalization, and follow-ups are critical. You will be responsible for identifying and contacting journalists and editors from Forbes, Entrepreneur, and Business Insider, pitching collaboration opportunities on behalf of our company, Upgrade to see actual info.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, research-driven Virtual Assistant to execute personalized PR outreach. The role involves finding journalist contact details, researching their latest work, and sending custom outreach emails to build strategic media relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
? Identify & Extract Journalist Contact Information:

Access provided CSV files with journalist details.
Use Sales QL & LinkedIn to find personal emails (NOT company emails Upgrade to see actual info verified contacts and LinkedIn profiles in the tracking sheet.
? Research & Personalization:

Google search for each journalist’s most recent articles.
Summarize key insights from their work to personalize outreach.
Use ChatGPT to draft custom, engaging emails based on their articles.
? Outreach & Follow-Ups:

Send well-crafted emails that feel natural and personalized.
Use an effective subject line that grabs attention.
Track emails, responses, and follow-ups in the outreach sheet.
Follow up after 5 days, then again after 10 days if no response.
If needed, connect on LinkedIn & engage with their latest posts.

?? Full-Time Availability (this is NOT a part-time role)
?? Excellent written English skills (messages must be professional and natural)
?? Coachable & able to follow step-by-step instructions accurately
?? Strong research skills (finding the right journalist & their recent articles)
?? Attention to detail (correctly logging emails, LinkedIn profiles, and response statuses)
?? Ability to quickly learn tools like Sales QL & LinkedIn search strategies
?? Strong organizational skills (managing multiple conversations and follow-ups)
?? Reliable internet connection & own device

Preferred Skills (Bonus, Not Required!):
???? Experience using Sales QL for email extraction
???? Familiarity with Google Sheets for tracking outreach efforts
???? Background in public relations, communications, or media outreach
