Powerfive Marketing LLC. is seeking a dynamic and articulate PR Interview Specialist to join our Public Relations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting interviews with various businesses to gather insights, stories, and information for promotional articles. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of PR strategies, and the ability to build rapport with business leaders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct in-depth interviews with business owners and representatives to extract valuable information for PR articles.
- Develop targeted questions that align with the goals of the PR articles and the interests of the audience.
- Research potential businesses to identify key stories, achievements, and unique selling points to highlight in interviews.
- Collaborate with the PR team to develop article themes and angles based on interview findings.
- Maintain accurate records of interviews, including notes and key quotes, to ensure all information is captured effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with business contacts to facilitate ongoing communication and opportunities for future articles.
- Stay informed about industry trends and news to identify potential interview subjects and topics of interest.
- Assist in drafting and editing PR articles based on interview content, ensuring clarity and alignment with PR objectives.
- Attend networking events and conferences to identify potential businesses for interviews and promote the organization's PR initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in conducting interviews, preferably in a PR or journalism context.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for note-taking, research, and communication.
- Knowledge of PR best practices and media relations is a plus.
