PPC/ADS Specialist

Our website currently;y sells $330k/month, only 20% of which are coming from ads. We believe this number can be at least doubled with the right optimization and also more activity on Bing (we're focused only on Google now, a bit of FB and no TikTok).
We're looking for someone with knowledge and experience who is driven by results. Please start your cover letter with a sentence "PPC magic" this way we will know that you red our description. All others will be ignored.

Please, no pretenders—don't waste our time. We will interview you and will be able to tell if you actually achieved good results or if you took someone's graph from a Google search and presented it as yours.

Total compensation will be based on results. Base pay is $6-8 per hour, and a bonus program is linked to the amount of extra sales minus campaign cost. You can easily get $2000/month and more if you know what you're doing.

Knowledge of airbrush, custom painting, hobby scale modeling or figure/miniature painting will be a huge help in this position.
