JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities for SEO
Lead and execute SEO strategy across all our clients
Conduct deep-dive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Optimise client websites for on-page SEO (meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, structured data, etc.)
Audit and enhance technical SEO performance (crawlability, site speed, indexation, etc.)
Ability to implement SEO best practices into WordPress
Track rankings, traffic, and conversions using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush and similar tools
Own regular SEO performance reporting and ROI tracking
Generate monthly reports for insights and improvement opportunities
Stay on top of Google algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly

Key Responsibilities for PPC
Plan, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
Build full-funnel strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue
Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting
Track performance daily and scale winning campaigns with strong ROAS
Use analytics tools (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Looker Studio) to drive data-led decisions
Work with a creative team to brief and iterate on scroll-stopping content
Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and new ad formats

What You Bring
4+ years of proven SEO and PPC experience (in-house or agency) with experience in the implementation in WordPress
Experience with Healthcare or medical websites (preferred)
Proven track record managing 5- to 6-figure monthly budgets with positive ROI
Strong command of SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4
Expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display)
Deep knowledge of both technical SEO and content-driven SEO
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, site architecture and user behaviour
Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
Experience with landing page optimisation and conversion tracking
Ability to write high-converting ad copy and understand creative direction
Strong understanding of buyer psychology and audience segmentation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for both internal and client meetings
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
