JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing organization managing marketing efforts for a client with a diverse portfolio of e-commerce and service-based businesses across international markets. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a highly structured and results-driven PPC Strategist with a proven track record of increasing sales through well-defined ad funnels and data-backed strategies. This role requires someone who excels in building scalable, conversion-focused paid media strategies across multiple platforms while optimizing budget allocation and audience targeting.

Responsibilities:
- Develop structured, full-funnel Google Ads and Facebook strategies tailored to each business in the portfolio, driving sales and maximizing ROAS. This includes Performance Max, search, shopping, display, remarketing, and YouTube ads.
- Analyze business objectives, customer behavior, and industry trends to refine overall campaign setups, budget allocation, and optimization strategies.
- Adapt strategies to different international audiences, considering cultural, behavioral, and regional differences in ad performance.
- Provide expert recommendations on ad creatives, landing page optimization, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
- Oversee paid media strategies on secondary platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels to support broader marketing efforts.
- Monitor campaign performance across multiple accounts, identifying areas for improvement and refining strategies based on insights.
- Develop data-driven reports and performance analyses, translating complex metrics into actionable recommendations. Regularly present findings to stakeholders and adjust strategies based on results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external media buyers to guide execution and ensure strategies are properly implemented.
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies to continuously refine paid media approaches.

Qualifications:
- Understanding of international markets and the ability to adapt ad strategies for different audiences and regions.
- Experience managing successful PPC campaigns across Google, Facebook, TikTok, and more
- Strong ability to strategize and execute full-funnel campaigns tailored to varying industries
- Knowledge of tracking, reporting, and attribution models using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance optimization
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
