Google & Social Media Ads Specialist

Location: Remote

Job Purpose

MITCO Digital provides digital marketing services for accounting firms. We are looking for a skilled PPC/Google & Social Media Ads Specialist who is passionate about driving performance through paid advertising campaigns.
In this role, you’ll manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, focusing on lead generation and maximizing ROI for our clients in the accounting industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of paid social and search advertising, and the ability to work independently in a remote team setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize Google Ads and SM Ads campaigns, focusing on lead generation.

- Keyword Research & Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to ensure campaigns target the most relevant and high-performing terms for accounting services.

- Ad Copywriting & Creative Strategy: Develop compelling ad copy and coordinate with the creative team to ensure visually engaging ad creatives that drive user engagement and conversions.

- Briefing: The ability to clearly communicate to the design team what images/videos you require for ad campaigns.

- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for performance, adjusting bidding strategies, targeting, and ad creatives to ensure high ROI.

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tools to track campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to clients.

- Budget Management: Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring optimal spend allocation across campaigns to meet clients’ goals and maximize results.

- Collaboration: Work closely with your account manager to understand business objectives, provide strategic guidance on paid advertising, and present campaign results and recommendations for improvement.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on changes to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital marketing trends to continually improve and refine campaign strategies.

- Conversion Tracking: The ability to correctly setup, configure and track conversions on all major ad platforms.


Person Specification

- Experience: Proven experience in running successful Google Ads and Social Media Ads campaigns, with a strong track record in driving results for clients in competitive industries.

- Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Strong understanding of paid social and search advertising strategies, including keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on KPIs.
- Conversion tracking.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft effective ad copy and collaborate with the team on campaign strategies.

Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote environment.

Desirable:
- Experience with paid advertising for professional services or the accounting industry is a plus, but not essential.
Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are an advantage.
