Performance Marketing Manager

MyFundedCapital is a trading platform where individuals can showcase their trading skills and manage up to $100K USD. Traders have the opportunity to receive up to 90% of profits and build their wealth using our capital. We provide a platform that allows traders to demonstrate their abilities and earn significant returns.

We are in search of a Performance Marketing Manager who can join us and lead the execution, strategy, and optimization of our digital advertising campaigns. This role is remote, so we are looking for someone who is highly self-motivated, has positive attitude, is experienced in the Prop Trading industry and knows how to turn ad spend into real results.

What You`ll Be Doing

• Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Optimize ad performance through continuous testing and iteration, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Track key performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising campaigns with overall marketing goals and strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring the best allocation of resources for growth.
• Create compelling ad copy and engaging visuals in collaboration with the content and design teams.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, particularly within the Prop Trading industry.
• Provide clear and insightful reports on the campaign`s performance and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What We`re Looking For

• Candidate must demonstrate experience managing Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and Meta Ads proving success with every strategy implemented.
• Basic knowledge of Prop Trading and other financial markets is required.
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance.
• Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools for campaign management and analysis.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills – collaboration is key!
• An independent, detail-oriented, organized person who enjoys working from home.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and other data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Youtube Ads, or other advertising platforms.
• Google Ads certification or other relevant credentials
