PHP or Python Analyst/Developer

**Role Overview:**
We are looking for one or two developers (PHP or Python) to assist with general data analysis and reporting tasks.

**Required Skills:**
- PHP and/or Python experience
- Experience with creating & consuming REST APIs, including OAuth authentication
- Basic SQL Database (PostgreSQL preferred) administration skills
- Strong SQL query skills (CTEs, Window Functions, User-defined aggregates)
- Excel analytical skills

**Desirable Skills:**
- PostgreSQL triggers, PL/pgSQL skills
- OData experience
- Power BI experience
