PHP Wordpress Senior Developer

We are looking for a PHP developer to build a self contained plug in for Wordpress.
At a very high level we are looking to have a plug in that could do the following:

Click on a PDF to download – opens a modal to capture data

Use predefined short codes to render the CTA’s, buttons, images, html and PDF link

Use Contact Form 7 to capture the data.

Bootstrap to control the modal and form design.

Once data is captured any other addition resource downloaded should be done automatically (Cookie set) and capture activity.

Linked in Download option is also required.

Functions to display meta box in WP backend to link resource to page

Experience
Must be fully proficient in jQuery
Be able to provide examples of similar projects.
