We are preparing for upcoming clients and seeking experienced Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRNs) with a strong background in chronic patient care and proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. This person will interface with US Physicians in providing chronic care to a group of patients. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

-Active PHRN license.
-Minimum 3 years of experience handling chronic patients (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD, etc.).
