Your Role:
As our Virtual Personal Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly so we can focus on growing our business. From managing calendars and coordinating projects to handling personal tasks and creative work (like website updates, photo/video editing, and data cleansing), you’ll have a varied and exciting workload.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
• Manage and optimise calendars, schedule meetings, and plan travel (avoiding clashes and ensuring smooth transitions).
• Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.

• Conduct market research on property trends, investment opportunities, and competitors.
• Prepare insightful reports to support decision-making.
5. Creative & Technical Tasks:
• Update and maintain our website.
• Edit photos and videos (if skilled in this area).
• Cleanse and update databases, prepare quotes, and handle data-related tasks.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (fluent English is a must).
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms like Asana or Trello.
• A multitasking pro who can prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
