We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team part-time and help us serve clients more effectively.

???? Responsibilities:

Analyze credit reports with accuracy and attention to detail

File credit bureau disputes (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)

Use CFPB and BBB dispute strategies to improve client results

Keep track of dispute timelines and client progress

Communicate updates and follow-ups clearly and consistently

? Qualifications:

At least 1 year of hands-on credit repair experience

Knowledge of how to read credit reports and file disputes

Familiarity with credit repair software (a plus but not required)

Must speak and write fluent English

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Proactive, responsible, and coachable attitude
