PA with Recruitment and Lead Generation experience

About the client:
This is an internal position for our agency, propVA. We work with UK clients, mostly from the property industry, helping them find trusted VAs in The Philippines.

We are a young agency with big plans for future, looking for a high-flyer who want to grow with the business.

About the job:
This is a full-time position, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00 UK time.


Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Helping to promote our services and acquire new clients
- Marketing, prospecting and lead generation
- Helping build funnels and marketing campaigns
- Writing engaging emails, blog posts and newsletters
- PA to the founder
- Helping to interview and recruit new candidates
- Processing recruitment documents and preparing offers for clients
- Assisting with day-to-day operations

What you get:
- Your initial base rate will be $5.00 p/h
- Quarterly bonus based on your performance (clear rules set out in our agreement)

You must have experience in:
- Lead generation
- Recruitment
- PA
- Social media management
- Writing engaging content without help of AI tools
