Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Platform Product Listing and Management:
Follow the listing rules of major platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) to register and upload products, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory management.
Ensure product information complies with platform policies and standards to avoid removal or penalties.
Optimize product listings (e.g., category, keywords, descriptions) to improve visibility and conversion rates on these platforms.
Social Media Platform Rules and Operations:
Understand and master the rules and regulations for product listing and promotion on social platforms like Instagram,
Participate in creating cross-platform content and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and product sales.
Develop tailored marketing campaigns for specific platforms (e.g., Instagram ads, TikTok videos) to enhance product exposure.
Customer Communication and Support:
Use
Handle customer feedback, order issues, and complaints, providing efficient and professional customer service.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, improving brand loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Use the analytics tools available on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central,
Regularly generate operational reports and provide insights on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
Based on data analysis, optimize product listings, advertising strategies, and social media content to improve conversion rates.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with product, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure accurate product information and smooth execution of promotional activities.
Provide recommendations on social media platform promotions, assisting the team in creating effective advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in E-commerce, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in managing operations on overseas e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon, eBay), with hands-on experience in product listing and account management.
Experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram,
Experience in cross-border e-commerce is preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, eBay) and familiar with their operational and listing rules.
Solid understanding of social media platform rules for content marketing, advertising, and customer management.
Strong customer communication skills, capable of using
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and platforms.
