*Job Description:*

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and experienced Overseas Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in tourism-based marketing and possess a diverse skill set to help enhance our marketing efforts across all our businesses, with a particular focus on managing cabin listings on Airbnb and VRBO for Honeybear Hideaways.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Marketing Strategy and Implementation:*
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to tourism-based marketing.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.

2. *Content Creation and Management:*
- Design and create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials and social media posts.
- Edit and enhance high-quality photos for promotional use.
- Develop engaging animations to elevate marketing campaigns (a significant advantage).
- Create and edit professional-grade videos for various marketing platforms.

3. *Social Media and Community Engagement:*
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistent and relevant content in tourism groups.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and fostering a strong online presence.
- Assist with managing and responding to messages, particularly with the launch of new websites.

4. *Data Management and Analysis:*
- Utilize spreadsheets to meticulously track and analyze customer feedback and questions.
- Provide actionable insights from data analysis to improve marketing strategies.

5. *Cabin Listings Management:*
- Create and manage engaging and accurate listings for Honeybear Hideaways on Airbnb and VRBO.
- Optimize listings to increase visibility and attract more bookings.
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries and reviews promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

6. *Additional Responsibilities:*
- Support the marketing team with various tasks as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in tourism marketing and social media.

*Requirements:*

- Proven experience in tourism-based marketing.
- High proficiency in graphic design and photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Advanced skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Experience with animation software (Adobe After Effects, Blender, etc.) is a significant plus.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and marketing strategies.
- Expert-level proficiency in using spreadsheets for data tracking and analysis.
- Proven experience managing listings on Airbnb and VRBO.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS app development is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in managing social media campaigns for tourism or related industries.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design, video editing, and animation projects.
- Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with vacation rentals.
