Come aboard our creative team at Penji as an Outreach Specialist and play a vital role in building relationships that enhance our brand presence and collaboration opportunities. This full-time role allows you to work from home with set hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippine Time, including a lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish and nurture relationships with influencers, bloggers, and key industry stakeholders.
* Identify and engage with target individuals or organizations to secure collaboration opportunities, guest posts, and partnerships.
* Conduct outreach through various channels (email, social media, etc.) while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
* Track and analyze the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
* Maintain effective communication with clients and team members throughout the outreach process.


Requirements:

* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
* Strong understanding of outreach strategies and techniques.
* Ability to accept constructive criticism and adjust outreach campaigns as needed.
* Patient and empathetic when interacting with clients.
* Excellent comprehension skills to effectively understand client briefs.
* Familiarity with outreach tools and a proactive approach to building relationships.
