Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Outreach Specialist with a specific focus on utilizing Zillow to generate and convert leads into clients. As an Outreach Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by initiating contact with potential leads through Zillow's platform.

Responsibilities:
· Utilize Zillow's tools and resources to identify potential clients and leads.
· Reach out to leads via Zillow messaging, emails, and phone calls to initiate contact and build relationships.
· Provide information about our company's services, properties, and value propositions to potential clients.
· Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the initial stages of engagement.
· Collaborate with our sales team to schedule appointments for interested clients.
· Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with leads in our CRM system.
· Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Outreach Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
· Familiarity with Zillow's platform and tools, including lead generation and client communication features preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients; clear
speaking voice.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and KPIs.
