We are seeking an Outreach, Sales, and Affiliate Manager to lead our outbound efforts, optimize client relationships, manage freelancers, and oversee affiliate programs.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Program Management
Oversee and optimize multiple affiliate programs for clients to meet their growth objectives.
Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with top-performing affiliate partners.
Collaborate with affiliate networks (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Trackdesk) to maximize campaign success.
Analyze affiliate performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with the agency owner on crafting client proposals and closing deals.
Nurture client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Identify new growth opportunities in affiliate programs and sales channels.
Outreach and Lead Generation
Manage outbound campaigns, including
Research and target high-value leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
Design and execute personalized drip campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Initiate and manage LinkedIn conversations, turning positive responses into meetings.
Freelancer and Client Management
Coordinate with freelancers and contractors to ensure project alignment with client goals.
Draft and enforce confidentiality agreements to protect client and agency data.
Monitor freelancer activities to ensure compliance with non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
Contract Negotiation and Collaboration
Collaborate with the agency owner to bid on contracts and negotiate favorable terms.
Ensure all client agreements align with the agency’s policies and protect sensitive information.
Reporting and Analytics
Track outreach, affiliate, and sales performance metrics to provide data-driven insights.
Generate detailed reports on campaign outcomes, lead performance, and affiliate contributions.
Continuously refine strategies based on data to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience
At least 3 years of experience in affiliate management, sales, or outreach roles.
Proven success in managing affiliate programs, sales campaigns, or outbound lead generation.
Proficiency with CRM systems and lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Experience with cold
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with affiliate networks such as ClickBank, Amazon, or ShareASale.
Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and
Experience with industries such as healthcare, hospitality, or tech.
