JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Social Media Outreach Manager to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify and contact influencers and potential brand ambassadors on platforms like Instagram and YouTube. By offering free seed samples, you will encourage these influencers to create content and reviews, helping to promote our brand and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and maintain outreach initiatives on social media platforms, primarily Instagram and YouTube.
- Identify and contact relevant influencers, content creators, and potential brand ambassadors.
- Offer free seed samples to selected individuals in exchange for content creation and reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, providing them with support and guidance.
- Monitor and track content created by influencers to ensure it meets our quality standards and aligns with our brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, including metrics on engagement, content quality, and campaign success.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent written English - this is important
- Reliable worker that does not make excuses
- Good internet speeds
- Family oriented
- Able to learn tasks quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
