We seek a dynamic and fast-learning individual to join our team at Ecentral Marketplace. The ideal candidate will have strong spoken and written English communication skills and a proven background in Outbound Calls, customer service, and retention.
You will contact customers on outbound calls, effectively transferring qualified leads to our sales agents for our insurance services. In this role, you will be responsible for handling Outbound and inbound customer service calls, providing excellent support, and addressing customer inquiries. Additionally, you will reach out to warm Leads
Key Responsibilities:
_ Must Have Outbound calls Experience to connect customers with our sales team
- Engage in outbound calling to connect customers with our sales team.
- Manage inbound customer service calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and convey information effectively.
Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to influence customers and address objections to achieve desired outcomes.
Customer Service: Demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with customers.
Problem Solving: Ability to think on their feet and offer solutions to customer queries or issues.
Sales Experience: If the role is sales-focused, prior experience in outbound sales is often preferred.
- Strong customer service skills, with experience in retention preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with data management and call transfer processes.
