Job Title:
Outbound Telemarketing Representative ?Compensation: $700 monthly + $50 bonus for every client signed up?Commitment: Minimum 15 working days to receive full payment.

Job Description:? We are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Telemarketing Representative to join our team. Your role will be to contact potential clients, introduce our services, and secure client sign-ups. This position requires a confident, results-driven individual with a proven track record in outbound sales or telemarketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
• Effectively communicate the value of our services and persuade prospects to sign up.
• Achieve daily call quotas and track leads using company tools.
• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor on calls.
• Accurately document client interactions and outcomes.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or sales.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.
• Previous job history showcasing sales or telemarketing success.
• Small admin task

Benefits:
• Base pay of $700 per month.
• $50 bonus for every client successfully signed up.

Important Note: This role requires a minimum of 15 working days per month to receive full payment. If fewer than 15 days are worked, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
