Outbound Texter (Remote )


**About the Role:**
We’re looking for motivated individuals to send outbound text messages to our existing clients, encouraging them to return for follow-up appointments. This is a remote position, perfect for someone with excellent communication skills who loves to perform

**Responsibilities:**
- Send outbound text messages to clients using our CRM system.
- Follow a provided script to re-engage clients and encourage bookings.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly and monthly goals.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Reliable internet connection and a smartphone or computer.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping clients!
