JOB OVERVIEW

Are you passionate about sales and have a solid track record in the B2B industry? We seek a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join a dynamic team! This remote position is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and the grit to achieve sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with potential clients, including hospitality venues, to introduce product offerings.
Follow up on qualified leads and schedule strategic sales appointments.
Drive sales conversions through a consultative approach that identifies and addresses client needs.
Maintain an up-to-date and detailed CRM system, documenting all sales activities and interactions.
Innovate and adapt strategies to improve sales performance and achieve targets.

What We’re Looking For:

-Experience: Proven success in outbound sales or tele-sales, preferably in the hospitality industry or B2B sales (3 years of experience in sales, including BPO, is acceptable).
-Self-Motivated: Thrive in a remote work environment and work independently with minimal supervision.
-Analytical and Consultative: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to address them effectively.
-Resilient: Exhibit grit and determination to overcome challenges and achieve targets.
-Adaptable: Think outside the box and bring creative ideas to improve processes and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience selling directly to hospitality venues is a significant advantage but not required.
Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional phone manner.
