Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads through outbound efforts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Research and identify decision-makers within companies and initiate conversations to understand their hiring needs.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess potential clients' challenges and determine how our recruiting services can provide value.
• Schedule and hand off qualified leads to senior sales executives for deeper engagement and deal closure.
• Maintain and update lead information in Salesforce and track outreach efforts to ensure seamless follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging for better engagement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment challenges in the sector to position our services effectively.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, must be in the recruiting industry.
• Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills with a track record of success in booking meetings and generating qualified leads.
• Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (experience in Salesforce is a big plus) and experience with email automation tools.
• Self-driven, with excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of outreach.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed KPIs and lead-generation targets.
