Outbound Sales Representative / Cold Caller / Appointment Setter

ARKTOP is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in luxury brands, jewelry stores, and watch dealers. We offer web development, PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and other digital solutions to help high-end businesses grow their online presence.

We’re making our first hire for a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter, meaning this is a unique opportunity to shape the sales process, craft the perfect script, and help drive our outreach strategy. If successful, this role has the potential to grow into a leadership position as we scale our sales efforts.

What You’ll Do:
-Make 100+ cold calls per day to jewelry stores, watch dealers, and luxury brands.
-Engage decision-makers, generate interest, and set appointments for our sales team.
-Develop and refine cold call scripts and objection-handling strategies.
-Track and document conversations, improving our approach over time.
-Work closely with leadership to build and optimize the sales process.
-Lay the groundwork for scaling a future sales team.

What We’re Looking For:
-Previous cold calling / appointment setting experience (ideally in digital marketing, luxury, or high-ticket sales).
-Confidence and charisma when speaking with business owners.
-A self-starter who can own the process and refine it as we grow.
-Strong objection handling and persuasion skills.
-Ability to work independently and hit daily call targets.
-Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
-Comfortable working EST hours (9 AM - 5 PM) remotely.
