Outbound Sales Representative (B2B)

About the Client:

We are a leading brand known for its innovative, heatable plush. We are expanding our global outreach and seeking dynamic Outbound B2B Sales/Telemarketing Representatives to drive business growth by connecting with retailers, distributors, and partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to introduce the clients' product line to potential business clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Identify and qualify leads, converting them into long-term business partnerships.
• Present product benefits and pricing to decision-makers in various industries.
• Utilize CRM tools to track outreach efforts, manage sales pipelines, and follow up with prospects.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted strategies for international markets.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or telemarketing, preferably in consumer goods, retail, or wellness industries.
• Strong ability to build rapport and persuade decision-makers over the phone.
• Experience using CRM software to track sales activities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Understanding of global e-commerce, retail, or distribution channels is an advantage.
• Ability to handle objections, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs in a competitive environment.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm PST (12:00am to 9:00am Manila)
• Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm PST (1:00am to 10:00am Manila)
